Grand Avenue is the host of four of the best Twin Cities events, Paws on Grand, Boo Bash, Grand Meander, and Grand Old Day. Each with its own theme, these four events bring in people from around the Midwest to celebrate pets, Halloween, the holiday season, and summer fun in the sun.

Celebrate the dog days of summer on St. Paul’s Grand Avenue with Paws on Grand! Grand Avenue has partnered with The Pet Project, Lavender Magazine, The Pioneer Press, Sidewalk Dog and Gunflint lodge to bring you and your furry friends a day on the avenue! Enjoy the Paws on Grand dog wash, rescue a pet, get a doggie photo taken, and even watch your pooch walk down the aisle and into wedded bliss!

Celebrate Halloween with Grand Ave’s Boo Bash, one of the best Halloween events in the Twin Cities! Stop by in the afternoon for a children’s costume contest, the Monster Mash dance, a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatable bounce house, and of course, trick-or-treating! In true Halloween fashion there will also be a blood drive so don’t forget to be a friendly ghost and give the gift of life! Grand Meander celebrates the holiday season with a full days worth of festivities for young and old alike, and has become known as one of the best Twin Cities holiday events.  In the morning have breakfast with Santa, take a ride on a fire truck, and visit with Santa’s reindeer. In the afternoon enjoy the young art fair and Art at Ramsey, both displaying art be the students in and around the Grand Avenue area. Grand Old Day, the biggest one day festival in the Midwest, marks the official start of summer in Minnesota. Held annually on the first Sunday in June, it is widely known as the favorite of all Twin Cities events. Experience live music, games, fair food, festival gardens (21+), the parade, family fun stages, the art fair and so much more when you join the crowds at the Midwest’s favorite one day festival, Grand Old Day!
