Resident Manager position opening August 1st in a small 10 unit building in St. Paul at 1172 Randolph Ave. This position includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior caretaking duties as well as showing apartments and leasing. The Resident Manager must have good interpersonal communication skills as tenant relations are also a significant aspect of the job.

This position requires the Manager to live on-site. We have a 2 Bedroom unit available August or September 1st.
