City of Saint Paul Mayor Christopher M. Coleman will unveil the first series of manhole covers at the Hand In History booth.
 
Designed using St. Paul resident hand prints and representing the heart of the City, the manhole cover art categories include the environment, the capitol building, sports and entertainment and recreation. Visit the Hand In History booth at Grand Old Days, located between Pascal Street and Albert Street, and lend a hand by leaving an imprint of your hand, a Saint Paul tale and help us kick-off the Hands In History program!
